1.  When placing an order please provide: A. Primary, and if available, alternative,
phone number(s); B. Delivery Address; C. Dates and time when you can accept
delivery.

2. All orders will be followed up with a phone communication to confirm availability,
provide an estimated delivery time, and arrange for a delivery date. Delivery usually
takes place 1 to 14 days after ordering. In special cases such as back-order or
out-of-stock items, we will provide a delivery estimate and/or an option to cancel for a
full refund.

3. We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered promptly, but because of
the nature of the furniture business - multiple vendors, global sourcing, and clumsy
transport - we cannot make any guarantee on precise delivery timing. However, we will
do our best to work with our customers and suppliers to resolve any delivery challenge
that may arise.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We will provide prompt and full refund for
any cancelled order.

5. The minimum purchase value to qualify for free delivery in Riverside, California is
$500. Otherwise, we charge a nominal delivery fee or have the merchandise available
in our Showroom for self-pickup.

6. For delivery out side of Riverside California, we reserve the right to assess a fee to
defray the costs of toll and fuel.

7. Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise before our staff leaves the
delivery premise. We are not responsible for any problems after our delivery
associates have left.

8. We do not provide product warranty beyond what the product manufacturers or
suppliers offer.

9. Furniture delivery and assembly are provided as complimentary services. While we
take care to avoid damaging any property while delivering furniture, which are
generally heavy, we are not responsible for any accidental property damage that may
occur.
10. Prices are subject to change without notice. We undertake no responsibility to
honor pricing and other errors on our website.
Refund Policy
Purchases may be cancelled, in writing, within 48 hours of original order date.

Purchases cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a charge of 35% of the purchase
price.
All refunds must be accompanied by original sales order receipt.
All refunds of cash and check payments will be refunded from our main office and
require up to 2 weeks for processing.
There will be no refunds on merchandise that has been accepted by the customer. In
the event that merchandise we deliver has a defect, we will inspect the furniture in
your home, and repair or replace at our discretion.
Delivery Policy

Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.'s. All unpaid balances are due 5 days prior to
delivery. If you choose to pay your balance by credit card, stop by our Riverside, CA.  
location with your sales order number or call 951-244-2808 at least 5 days prior to
your scheduled delivery or pick-up date.

A.M. Furnitureonline.com drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the
delivery documents. Please clear the area where your new furniture is to be placed.

If you need to postpone your delivery, you must call Customer Service 72 hours prior
to your scheduled delivery date. If no one is home for the scheduled delivery, you will
be charged a re-delivery fee.

You will be contacted 24 hours prior to delivery and given a 4 hour window for
delivery. Requests for specific times cannot be honored. Deliveries begin at 7 am. At
your request our delivery service will:
.Remove the cartons and packaging materials from your home. Place cartons and
packaging materials at the location of your request, on your property.
.Assemble bed frames, mattresses and box springs, headboards, footboards, wall
units, china cabinets, dinette sets, lofts, bunks, captain's beds, all accessory
hardware and attach mirrors to dressers. (We are unable to attach bed frames to
merchandise purchased elsewhere)
.Place the furniture where you would like it in the room.
.Upon delivery if furniture is damaged furniture will be touched up or replaced.  If
furniture damage is minor, furniture would be touched up. If furniture damage is major,
furniture would be replaced.

Every effort is made to ensure your furniture arrives in good condition. However if
your furniture requires service please call Customer Service at 951-244-2808 within 2
business days of delivery.
Sales Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are final.
2. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
3. Online payments may be made using Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American
Express.

4. You must accept delivery within 30 days after the merchandise has been received
from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on the front of this contract.
5. You are responsible for measuring to be sure merchandise will fit through
doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc.
6. Drivers cannot deliver furniture if someone 18 years or older is not at home at the
time of delivery.
7. Drivers cannot handle furnishings that are not listed on the delivery documents.
This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers,
stereos).
8. Pickup merchandise must be returned to the pickup location for service.
